That's right, I didn't follow up on the NextRev. Yes, St. Ned's did call someone, and he completely rocks and we're very excited to get him out here! He's coming from the east coast, from one of those very old churches where it actually means something when they say, "but we've always done it this way." Compared to that, our little 50 years of parish-dom is nothing. "But we've done it this way since...uh...the mid-70s, maybe," has a whole different ring to it. And its own charms, of course.
But, we lured him and his wife and baby out here with the promise of the fabulousness that is St. Ned's, and I believe he has been warned about the staff, or at least about me and Dennis. We've already picked up something tasteful for his office, at Bargain Clown of course. The clues are fiber and optic.
